Job Description:

Medialaugh, in partnership with AdLib Media Group, is seeking a Media Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about digital advertising, media strategy, and campaign optimization. As a Media Planner, you will develop and execute digital media plans across various channels, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, ad operations, and analytics teams to monitor and optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning: Develop strategic media plans for programmatic advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding guidance.

• Self-Service Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize selfservice client campaigns in collaboration with the Client Success & Ad Operations teams, ensuring they meet KPIs and maximize AdLib’s profitability.

• Managed Service Campaign Setup: Oversee the setup and trafficking of campaigns in the AdLib platform, ensuring successful delivery and performance in partner DSPs.

• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with sales, account management, and ad operations to create cohesive campaign strategies. Stay informed on industry trends to drive innovation.

• Performance Analysis and Insights: Analyze campaign performance, providing clients with reports and actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.

• Performance Reporting: Oversee the development of detailed reports that showcase key metrics and areas for improvement.

• Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring campaigns are aligned with their business goals and providing excellent customer support throughout the campaign lifecycle.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and ongoing optimization of campaigns.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in the AdTech industry and digital media planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and teams.

• Knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts, including DSPs, media buying, and campaign optimization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital advertising platforms.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented and client-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.


Additional Skills:

• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs (e.g., Beeswax, Xandr, DV360, Criteo, AdForm, MediaMath) is a plus.

• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Desire to continue learning and evolving in a rapidly changing industry.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, JIRA, and other project management tools is a plus.

• Ability to optimize campaigns and troubleshoot performance issues across various platforms.
