Ramiro is a data-focused digital marketing and operations specialist with over 6 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, and client success. He currently works at Medialaugh, supporting Cuebiq — a leading offline intelligence and measurement company — as a Client Operations Specialist. In this role, he helps ensure the successful delivery and optimization of hundreds of campaigns by managing client operations, campaign setup, performance analysis, and platform strategy, always with a data-driven mindset.
Prior to joining Medialaugh, Ramiro served as Performance Manager at SOICOS, where he led the execution and optimization of CPL, CPA, CPM, and CPC campaigns, managed affiliate budgets, and drove anti-fraud initiatives. He also held media buying and business development roles at Futbol Sites (Better Collective), Brightcom, and Harrenmedia, gaining global experience in native advertising, programmatic buying, and publisher partnerships.
With a degree in Social Communication from the University of Buenos Aires, Ramiro combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and operational skills. In parallel, he’s contributed to social development initiatives at the Padre Mugica Sports and Social School, blending administrative work with community-focused education and sports programs.
