About the role:
We’re seeking a technically savvy and mission-driven Technical Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for Partner’s Social Impact and Academic Research partners. In this role, you’ll provide technical guidance and strategic support to researchers and nonprofit organizations, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing success, and compliance with Partner’s privacy policies. Your work will directly contribute to impactful research in areas like site selection, transportation, and academic publications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical pre-sales demos of Partner’s Data Platform for academic and nonprofit partners.
• Manage post-sales onboarding, including user account provisioning and initial technical integration.
• Act as the primary liaison for client communications, triaging issues to technical support or internal stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with privacy standards.
• Review academic publications for compliance with Partner’s data use and privacy policies.
• Create custom aggregate data outputs using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with Partner’s Data Platform and Product teams to develop technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of account details, subscription terms, and user access.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:
• Fluent English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with global clients.
• Experience or familiarity with Python and SQL (with a willingness to deepen technical expertise).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Familiarity with geospatial data or analytics (a plus, but not critical).
• Experience in research-oriented environments or supporting academic clients.
• Knowledge of AdTech, site selection, or transportation analytics is a bonus but not required.
